First I opened the house transfer window, He clicked it away, he started new transfer just with the coins and accepted it. Then I accepted it, and thats it.

That's what he did.

It wasnt through forum. He didnt offer here anything for house as you see. And it wasnt scamming. He just gave his coins. I gladly take em.

Taking coins as you giving is legal. If someone gives me coins, I gladly take em. :)
