I finally figured it out..If you have a tinker who builds a lockable box at tinker skill 50 then he works up to 90 tinker skill the box's ability against lockpicking rises to the current level of the tinker. This can cause issues for a character who is trying to build his skill in lockpicking

I failed to claim a pack animal for about 3 weeks and now whenever I try to stable a pet I get a message of "0 pets remain because it will cost more than 1000 gp to claim them"message. How do I fix this issue with the Stable?
