The thing that dropped this has been constant farmed for almost 7 months now, and has never dropped another one.

this is the most sought after title hue

so im looking for a good bit of gold for it otherwise ill use it and u guys might not ever see another one again.

very very old? don't believe its available anymore, only way to have this title hue is being in factions!

to have this title hue on a non faction char would be epic!
