I am curious, what the interest would be in these houses with or without customization?
The loot would not come with them, I could possibly be talked into leaving some of the flowers, but that would be it. There is 1.4 mill in customization costs a lot. The east one is 18x18, the west one is like 15x17, both max storage. Absolute bottom dollar would be 3.5 mill for the basic cost of the plots, the customization, with a little extra for the fact they are side by sides, and you just don't see these for sale often. I've seen one set in 6 months, and it was insanely over priced.
Basically, if interested, offer via PM what you would pay with and without the customization.. Or just one or just the other. Obviously these are my babies and I won't be giving you a discount. If you have a serious offer, come at me straight and don't try to lowball, it will just be ignored. Stand tall on the offers. Tours can be arranged upon offer.
I really don't want to sell these, but I might make a move.. If I get a fair offer on these houses it would ease the burden of moving from such a sweet spot. And I would honestly feel better selling to someone who wants the customization as well, I'd hate to see so much hard work go down the toilet for a refund lol. But, feel free to offer for just the plots if you would like to customize it on your own.
If you have ever wanted the perfect pair of houses to link, this is it. In the woods, no spawn, hardly any neighbors, great location for a couple linked max storage homes. There is also a non-max but sizable home sharing the clearing behind me I could get sold to you if a guild wanted to move in to this area (close to orcs homebase)
