berserker talisman should give a buff to hit chance

I feel like for putting so much work into grinding a berserker talisman, the benefits of the talisman itself just aren't strong enough. What good is a 50% damage increase at level 10 when you can barely hit anything? I would suggest giving the talisman itself a percent increase in successful hit chance at each level, just like it currently does for damge. Even a 25% increase at level 10 would help a ton, and still wouldn't put dexers even close to tamers in terms of ability to farm gold.
