WTB -BOUGHT- 18x18 Plot

Alright, here is the deal.. As many of you have noticed, I've been trying to hunt down rare weapons and armor. Both deco and wearables. I'm planning on creating a museum that features only rare weapons and armor but I need a spot to display these parts of UOForever history!

I'm looking for an 18x18 in a good location with no aggressive spawn. Also, it would be super awesome with no blockage from other houses... It'd be really neat to have no other houses around at all!

I'm willing to pay up to 8m gold for this 18x18 plot!

I'd love to get @Duck Face's spot in Vesper but he's being super stubborn!!

So, if he won't sell me his, I will need another spot. Someone hook me up!

With that kind of money, I'd try to persuade @Messremb to sell his 18x18 (Assuming he still owns it!)

yeah I have a 17x17 on a little peninsula (nice waterfronts), no other houses on screen, no spawn anywhere near. I might consider selling if you don't find your 18x18. i'm curious to see what you end up buying though!

There's a sweet 18x18 a few screens NW of Duck-Face's Vesper house. It's just an empty plot that gets refreshed every time it turns greatly. If you can find out who owns that, that would be a really cool space too.
