These are really rare and cost around 150k each. I bought 1 to go from 99-100. I'd suggest doing chests to gain, it really isn't that bad. Plus you make gold and items.

I am trying to locate a book soemwhere with the chest locations so i can get my lockpicking to gm, any ideas where a book is?

I got one at my rune library. Go north of the Lycaeum in Moonglow or take the Gankware gate from my guy at west Brit bank. Make sure to take the ground floor gate if going that route.

I have the Lockpicking runebook under the misc section.
