Cant install or play at all

Kinda new to this ultima online stuff. I just downloaded the client and launched it I clicked "Install UO", It said I don't have ultima online so I set the install folder to my desktop, now its not doing anything, there's a folder on my desktop with a zip file in it called ultimaonlineclassic.zip and If I click "Install UO" Again nothing happens. Theres no other buttons other then Forums, Website, and donate.

I can help you with this but it would be easier for us to set up a Skype chat, and share your screen with me. You'll probably have questions even after you've properly installed a client. If you cannot get the current launcher working,
We will be releasing a whole new fool-proof launcher in a couple days here, however for now you can download the original to get going:

Scroll way down to the "Alternative method".
Click the "PROCEED TO DOWNLOAD FULL CLIENT (940MBs)" button.
