It works like most traveling.
You can't use in the event of the following:
- you can't use in heat of combat
- you can't use if overweight or encumbered
- you can't use it while carrying a sigil
- gate is ONE WAY only.
Also it MUST be locked down in your house to use it. Make sure you lock it away from doors or anyone will be able to use it.
