Starting bid was 5 mil, It actually sold for what I wanted. So for a future reference I would put a starting bid at 6 mil buyout at 10. I had numerous people offer 5 mil but had to turn it down. It is by far one of the best relics on the server. Why would it be 2-3 mil like others said. Maybe before people saw the dmg output for them w a level 10 tailsman. But now that people know what they can do I dont see anyone selling them for less than 5.

It drops by 1 second a level (so far) I'm only level 3 but it went from 30 to 27 for me. It procs about 50% of the time on a swing after the cool down
