Yesterday i turned in crystals with my guild. How ever when the timer ended (like one sec later) so you can turn in again the crystals i turned in one single crystal and Fafnir spawned with 1/50 written on the altar. Also sometimes when its wrriten timer is still on cooldown there 4/50. Actually 99,9% of the time the timer is on cooldown. Do I miss aomething here or is it a bug? Running Steam client for pvm.

You turned in 1. Then someone turned in 50 they had saved. Makes it show 1/50 once spawned. The instance with 4 was just someone turning in 4 more than was needed at that time.

To answer your next question you can turn in multiple crystals by clicking the bag they are in.

if a bag with more than the remaining crystals needed gets targeted, those extra crystals get applied to the next round. The person that turned in those extra crystals does not get credit for them in the next round though.
