Fatal error at shard login (Razor?)

Hi there

I use razor - I can log into two of my three accounts

On the other, however, I can get past username and password screen, but when I click the shard, I get a fatal error.

Not sure why it is only affecting this one account?

I've tried using steam instead - still getting fatal errors.

Any advice?

I've done a full re-install of razor, steam and UO itself. Still the same issues - i've realised I can log into 2 of my 3 chars on that account, but get a fatal error when trying to log into one of them

Well can someone help me too? I can log and play on test center, but when I try to log ultima forever, I get the fatal message.
