Militias - What's in? What's out? What is it's status?

Militias - What's in? What's out? What is it's status? I'm curious and interested in taking part of it. I see that it's "in", but to what end? What perks are to come or are in? Thank you.

From my limited experience it's

Factions gone
Wands gone
Killing monsters for silver gone?
There's like 1 person in ice guild that's orange.
Probably 1 or 2 other oranges somewhere.
There's a point at Brit bridge that you can take over and it will give you bounty points that will at some point be part of a turn in system to buy perks?

From my perspective as a mostly solo player I would rather have factions and wands back.

Sad to say but @thestand is right.

Unless PVP has moved to a new hotspot (aside from champ spawns) I don't see much around. Seems players don't want to PVP for the fun of it... they have to have a perk these days.

I'll make a list of what is in:

  • Militia gump added
  • Joining militia
  • Militia profiles created and saved
  • Leaving militia with a delay
  • Young characters prevented from joining
  • Minimum skill requirements added
  • Bounty points tracked
  • Bounty points awarded on kills and point captures
  • Bounty erased when leaving guild
  • Ranks added
  • Skill loss added on death
  • Notoriety for opposing militias properly calculated
  • Alliances limited to non militia members
  • Inactive guild member cleanup added
  • Capture point added

Thanks @eppy any insights you could give on direction would be greatly appreciated, even if in the near future. What's coming next?

More capture points?
Rewards? Perks?
More fluent teams? (a flag to disable militias, and a que when your militia has over 10 active on, so only 10 are active?)
Town Taxes (to replace the faction ones that got removed? maybe tied to a perk)
