Can anyone tell me the best way to increase peacemaking. Im currently at 61.8 and haven't been able to get it to move for afew days now.

Days?! I GM'd peace overnight by just spamming it on target self in a dungeon.

Make sure you have free skillpoints or a skill pointing down.
Train it in a dungeon for the extra gains.
Make sure you are training music also (not sure if this is 100% needed but that's how i did it)

Yea, thats why im wondering if it got bugged. All skills are set to down that i don't want, it was the first thing i checked when it wasn't moving.

I also spent several hours on bards table using it and it hasn't moved.

Might have to die and try again. Or maybe pop a skill scroll and then try again.

You need to have mobiles in the area, players or NPC's doesn't matter.

I just do peace at WBB, guaranteed to gain there
