NOTE : I crafted NON exceptionnal because when you click on it, it's more neat (see picture below). In order to do that, you need to avoid brit crafting guild because it gives you +10 % chances at crafting exceptionnal, so it costs 16 yards instead of 14. You also need a lower level tailor that has a chance to destroy all raw material. So there's a risk. I will not hear any offer below 350.

i created a blood red skirt having only 20% chance to have it exceptional and I still got that fucking tag!! Was more lucky with the tunic

Yeah. The tailor I used for the robe has 52.0 real tailoring :

66.6% success chance
6.6 except chance
