Question about custom housing

Hey i was just wondering how much it costs per tile to build them up and if i want to change my design will i lose money? just wanted to know before i go and lose a bunch of money thank you :)

Not sure on the per tile cost but each commit of a design costs at minimum 10k. So if you need to change 1 tile after you have committed already you get hit hard. So be careful before committing.

You can see the total cost before you commit though so you can play around and not spend a dime.
