Dang it wish I could delete this. For some reason I feel its not a rare is it?

first motm's dropped .1 skill scrolls not rare just gave a guildy 1.0 taming in .1 skill scrolls =/

Did they remove 0.1 ss dropping or still existing? I haven't seen ppl selling 0.1 for a while. Thanks!
