Putting in a few PvP related changes - Spell Changes -Spell timers have been changed from 0.75 + (0.25 * (circle-1)) to 0.5 + (0.25 * (circle-1)). This change does not affect gate travel and recall. -The explosion damage delay has been decreased to 2.5 seconds (down from 2.7 seconds). Combat Changes -You can now melee attack while stunned. -A delay on wrestling stun was removed. This has been replaced with a diminishing return on stuns. The chance of being stunned will be half of what it normally is for 8 seconds after you have been stunned. -The diminishing return is global. This means all stuns against you from all sources will have chance/2. -Stuns are not cumulative. If someone tries to stun punch you while you are already stunned, nothing will happen. Pet Changes -All pets now move at a speed of 0.15. This is 0.05 slower for non-faction players and 0.05 faster for faction players. -Pets can no longer apply greater than deadly poison against other players. -Fire breath timers are now reset whenever a pet is mounted or dismounted. -REMOVED -Fire breaths that are in the middle of being casted when a pet is mounted will be cancelled. This change only impacts mounts (nightmares and other fire breathing mountable creatures). -Pet spells will now cancel/fizzle when they are mounted. Faction -Storm Idol's have been reworked.
