I have marked them and they are located at the Temple of the Rising Sun rune library!
I want to point out, that these are high quality runebooks.
The runes are marked at least one tile off from eachother, and none of the runes can or will be blocked (by house placement etc) because where that may have been possible I have marked brilliantly beside a blocking object, where no house can go!
Several libraries also need to be updated for this reason as almost none of them have functioning Spirituality shrine runes. They are blocked in most cases, across the land. Because of this, I have marked several shrine runebooks.
All Shrine, City Bank, Dungeon Entrances and Moongates are set at 10k!
