The time has come to sell this wonderful plot.
It's in a no/low spawn area.
It's just a screen away from Hidden Valley so it's perfect for mining.
There's trees around and obviously there are some good lumber spots since every now and then I see lumberjacks passing by.
The house is very secluded and perfect as a base for anyone who likes their privacy!
