I know seller irl and I don't even know for sure if the plot sold. If it's being built on I'm definitely leaning towards sold.

But where's the resolve?

he said he would sell it in 5 days from his original post, assuming the buy out wasn't met first I guess... but he never stated that it had sold// last post before the 5 days was an "offer" but nothing was stated as resolved. Since its waaaay beyond 5 days I assume it *is* resolved, just no idea when or who. No biggie, just picky
