Stealth-Which NPC Trains?

Anyone know which NPC trains Stealth? It's not the Thief GM in Bucs. I've looked. I've check the AT, the BS and various other crafters. Moreover, have researched on this forum and Stratics. All say the Thief GM, but it's not he. Thanks.

you need 80 hiding then he will teach you

Even once your hiding is GM, when you go to the thief guildmaster and single click him, the train stealth option may not show up, it didn't for me. If this happens you just need to say '[name] train stealth' and he will prompt you to drop the cash on him.
