think it should be possible to buy big strongboxes to a house. (co-owner boxes)
with this it would be possible to have actually renters in big houses or castles making them much more alive.
Imagine a castle with 10 "appartments" I feel castles are waste of land and used by few.... instead of guild castle.
With this you could share a house with people you dont know.
I think its important to have more people living in smaller areas to increase the feeling of being in a real world.
There would be much more people running around in the house areas.
It would also be easier for a guild to make real player towns.
I am not saying it should necesary be cheap.... just possible
