    Sir Rendlesham
It was quite quiet for the Knights in the realm of Forever, for many of their men were lost in a cataclysmic gate that opened up in this world some months ago. The Commander of the Knights had stationed his men in both realms to guard our home world of Forever and search for the many answers that beg their quest in pursuit of their brethren.

Of our second generational origins, here in Forever, the brave knights that guard our home, and some that walk between worlds, have been diligently on duty, charged with the task of keeping our alliance strong, our people fed and the gates of our kingdoms guarded..

However, as we know, it is in these quiet times that evil lurks in the shadows, creeping ever near, waiting for its moment to strike... It were almost two weeks ago that the Commander had found a strange blade on the ledge of his window while preparing for the Royal Jousts, identified by one of the knight's blacksmiths as being a blade made by Drow artisans. And it would be that very same night that the Drow leader would appear at the Jousts and challenge the Commander himself to a lance, at which point she had revealed her plans to assassinate him when her lance tip showed to be hardened to pierce his armor and dipped in a deadly poison. But lo, the spectators were quick to foil her wicked plan and save the Commander from certain death.

And with her promise of knowing this dark goddess of hers, she was shown the mercy of the Knights as she was escorted out of Hailstone castle and sent back into the darkness of the forest with a message of forgiveness in hopes of quelling the qualm of the hatred in their peoples. It has been many moons since a Drow has been seen in these lands, but their re-emerging from the shadows does not seem to bode well for Knights...

In the efforts to prevent war and settle differences in a civil manner, as these people, though dark and strange to mankind, seemed possibly more intelligible than Orcs and may be able to be reasoned with, and so the Commander offered the Drow Army a place to face off against Knights and the many other avatars of this land whom would defend the banners of Mankind... What the Commander did not expect was for the Drow Army to actually show up, and play by the rules in an effort to best the Knight's at their own game...

The Commander was relieved after the first time the Knights faced off against such fierce lancers, for were it not for the valiance of their supporters to hold the Drow back, they would have surely sought to use this as a diplomatic gain if not a mere funding to build an army to be feared not only on the jousting drag, but on the battlefield; namely our back yards!

And it were not more than two nights ago that a fellow knight had made this report from his journal (disco excerpt):

"Benelli after being unhorsed at the Joust, decides he needs to brush up on his swordsmanship. "So close, I came to that fortune, I must train to be better" Benelli thought. He picked up his helm, and headed to the Shame. "Earth elementals, shall be good". Benelli mounts his horse and trots off to the cave. Practicing his parry, dodging the blows, he easily crumbles the earth elementals as they form and come out of the walls. After awhile, Benelli started hearing growls and words in the shadows. He never heard such tongue before, was is Gargoyleish? Perhaps even high elven? Such an oddity, as he has been here many times before, and never heard such chatter. Just then a clank off his armor brought him back into reality "What the hell?" as he sees the stone that had been throw at him. Benelli picks up the stone that has strange writing on it "Shinduago xellased tlu alus!". Something isn't right, I must inform the Lord Commander..."

The Knights have consulted with their outside sources in maesters of the dead languages, or so thought to be dead, who have deciphered the markings to read, "Surface dweller be gone!" in old dark elvish. It would seem that these subterranean peoples are emerging across Britannia in various underground caverns, dungeons, catacombs and more... as recent reports of their sightings are beginning to flood taverns and guildhalls all over.

Travel not into the depths of the world alone, citizens of Britannia, for the Drow hath cast the first stone and would sentence our people to death. Help us defeat the Drow in Jousts as well as on the battlefield and take up arms in the brewings of a war to defend our people!.. Who knows how many of them are down there, but I have a feeling it won't be long before we find out... In these quiet times, the Knights will need to look to their allies if they are to survive what the bowels of the earth will produce this time... To arms!

Drizzt is a traitor to the race of the Drow and a surface dweller.

I would happily lend my blades to the cause of justice. Lloth brings nothing good. Damned be the spider queen. With my recent time spent with Grandmaster Kane I am ready for a good fight.

Huzzah! The Virtues have spoken! Let the first Drow Knight be an example of sensibility to those who dwell in the shadow of such an abominable "queen"!

It came to a stalemate, due to not getting the barded horses. *sigh*
