GREETINGS!
Although I am fairly reluctant on selling this awesome vendor mall location... I have decided that I will proceed with doing so.
This I will be selling as a plot and for 2.4 million gold. Once I receive the full price buyout on this, I will set the remaining vendors to dismiss. Afterwards, the house will be transformed into a dirt plot and will than be sold to the winning bidder.
(Currently - time is one of my biggest factors in proceeding with selling it)
The vendor owners who currently have vendors here and that are paying rental fees - I will be changing your rent to FREE RENT , during this process. Please be sure to set your vendors back to renew.. so they don't disappear on you!
Also, as I am unsure who will be the new owner.... if by chance it is not going to be a mall, please feel free to hit up @Firecrest for a spot next door... he charges the same amount I did
