Thanks for all the help, guys! I figured it out. In case anyone else has this problem, it's due to not having the necessary map*.mul files. In your game files directory, there should be a bunch of map*LegacyMUL.uop files which can be easily repacked into .mul files. There are a few free tools...

I just re-downloaded the UO client (to get uop files for sallos) and now I have this problem where my maps arent working in razor or UOAM. UOAM doesn't work if I point directly to the install folder or if I use the default '\UO'. Anyone have experience with this problem?
