Signing this. When I first migrated to UOF, I spent days trying to figure out the housing situation and it was mind wracking. I worked for my plot, but it's a bit unfair as it currently stands.

Do the frilly borders of the rug count as separate tiles? Like if you were to build what seems to be a 1x1 rug, you would need to purchase 9 tiles? And what about custom item names?

How do you get or craft these items on UOF? The Academic Bookcase recipe seems to require something from a later expansion, and I've seen several player houses with rugs in them. Edit: I've also come across a lot of player house items that have clearly custom names. How do you do that? All...

I fixed it but by taking things out and replacing them from scratch. Is resync suppose to fix incorrect z-axis, or does it just simply feed me what the server is really seeing? Does resync help me make this state permanent or will it glitch out in a few days? At the moment it looks good so thank...
