It was a joke. Even if you had 10 million and wanted to buy them, guaranteed thefallen wouldn't and couldn't sell them to you.

Can't knock Rimm however, because if you look at this page: http://www.uoforever.com/features.php
It says directly: "Powerscrolls are available for: Blacksmithing, Tinkering, Inscription, Tailoring, Alchemy, Fletching, Mining, Fishing, Animal Taming, Peacemaking and Provoking"
Would be nice to have. Of course then again, DP would become far too common I suppose. I can see why no such thing actually exists here.
