Think so, but I am not sure. I haven't "played" with them.

They are like fireworks wand, yes.

Those wands are not like the base fireworks which throw off like 1 firework, they have a much bigger display per charge. The walls also can be used as a fireworks wand, as that's what they were intended to be, but through an error we got walls, then they left them because we asked them to!
