what's wrong with the begging skill, I made a chat with 50 in begging to rp and I can't get a gain or a single coin from an npc in Brit. What is wrong or what am I doing wrong?

1. Name your characters Archersnon (or something close to it)
2. Join EQMS
3. Ask for $250k every 10 minutes.
4. If not granted, yell some crazy obscenities
5. Repeat step 3 and 4.

Problem solved. I didn't know that the begging skill hadn't been figured out yet.

I think they turned that shit off on NPCs - I could be wrong. Try it on players - like the bank sitters.
