yes only tamers and yes they are better than mares due to relics and max level.

I don't think bards need a tali but this isn't true. If you have 50+ music (or Taming) the tali doesn't work.

meta steed is slightly more powerful than a WW at stage 6. but with the paralytic venom relic you can lower the stam and man on mobs so they hit and cast less often, also you have the ability to be mounted.

do you need a seperate meta stone for the steed too? or is it 1 stone per tamer kinda thing so you only need to buy 1 for all your stuff
