Best mobs/locations to level Mage tali at lvl1 without relics

I just got my mage tali and am very excited about leveling it. From what I understand, the XP you get per dmg very much depends on the maximum HP of the mob. I've found that when leveling my dexer tali that it scales nicely, and stronger mobs mean a lot more xp.

But while trying out the mage tali, it seems that the magic resist of the mob also pays a huge role, as I'm getting low xp from higher end mobs, such as ancient liches, who have around 140-ish magic resist. So my question is, what are the "optimal", or at least decent mobs to farm on low lvl mage tali?

I see people training their low level Meta Pets around Moonglow moongate and on the spawn on Dagger Island. Earth Elementals, Lizard Men, Centaurs, are pretty easy (I don't have my talisman yet). I've heard you can use a demon to tank as long as you are unloading on the mob wit either ebolt or lightning, this will let you take on bigger mobs as long as they don't dis-spell.

To expand on that, if you can, join Minax. I believe Orge Lords are their monster and you can pretty much easy mode it.
