Buying/Renting a Vendor Contract spot

Hi all, I'm looking to set up a vendor to sell my wares/resources. I'm hoping to make contact with the house owners that have vendor shops preferably the "Shop Here" spot by Vesper, or right next to the Yew bank, or by the bank in Ocllo. I'm open to other high traffic area close to guard zones. I'm willing to rent or offer sales %. Please let me know. Thanks!

what are you selling?

Nothing super high-end but gm carp items/ gm smith exceptional slayers, ruinic hammers, dragon scales, ingots, wood, few SS, ships n ship items ( cheaper than NPCs), seeds n plants, few handout items like vest, monster statues, n masonry items/furniture etc.
I actually have one vendor set up named Master Shredder (yes, big TMNT fan) at the Vesper Trading Co. (Directly west of town, just head south from the town's north bridge, Guard zone by river on same screen come check it out)
