Change profession title

Not a big deal, but adds flavor to the game.

If you have 7xGM or something, and you want to show the title as 'Grandmaster Mage' instead of 'Grandmaster Biologist' or something.

you can actually! lock the skills you don't want to display. Whichever skill is set to 'gain' will be left displaying in your portrait

I wish there was a way to "downgrade" your title if you have a skill(s) above 100 though, e.g. if you prefer being a Grandmaster Armsman instead of a Legendary Rouser.
