Well the truth is I love this house, the spot is AMAZING. You can use your boat the people nextdoor always are running a vendor gate from brit AND you are completely covered in guard protect. It has been a form of CONSTANT cash flow for me...and lots of it too. However like most people, I wish to try to find something bigger and better, I am an idocer and being so I always think there is something over the rainbow lol. I do not ave an asking price. This house is too unique, I have a 7x7 deed holding It down however though it will be an 8x8 custom upon sale. Please contact me if you are interested we will work out a price.
