Hey all,
I'm returning after a year and a half of no play and I've brought a couple of new friends with me. I would like to buy a decent sized house, but I've never been particularly good at building/decorating them, so I'm really considering buying one that is already constructed. I'd actually prefer to not be near Brit, but I'd love to be near Trinsic or near a body of water that connects to the ocean; however, this is not a dealbreaker either way. What I mostly want is a larger sized house that I can share with my friends (plot 15x15 or so) that is already constructed and looks nice. This may be wishful thinking, but I thought i'd give it a shot before just buying a plot.
Anyone want to reply with some offers: if we agree on a price, I could have your gold within a day or two.
