Factions at champs question

So whats going on with this ?? today went to remove head and it told me I could not..I thought they had removed that "feature" ..

To get more Factioneers and Factionsfight they did implement that you cant cut a pk in a champ area which is in a faction(Its the same if you kill a factionpk in a town).
Thats the reason why most pk´s are now in faction .
