Is there anywhere that lists what can be crafted for bowcrafting/blacksmithing/tinkering?

Also does crafting different types of pic axes/lumberjacking axes help in anyway?

P.S. How do I get BODs I tried sell 1 ignot at a time to the vendor, and haven't been able to get one.
