Anyone else notice dragons eat gold? Is this a bug or is there a reason they eat gold? Mine ate 12k today...he was pretty happy about it but I was not. On the bright side my dragon now has a golden GRILL ya ya your grill

I noticed some Ettins and Ogres appear to do that. The pilfer through corpses and get the gold...then when you kill them it isnt there.

Yep its intended. They've always eaten gold. I had to look this up a while back cuz my WW ate a 60k stack.

I spent 20 minutes revealing in my house thinking it was some thief. :D

Lol I was moving around a stack of 60k I had locked down until I accidentally dropped it in my dragon, let's just say he was wonderfully happy, and I was rather unhappy

In dragon lore. Dragons do need to eat gold, It is part of a chemical reaction produced in there gullet in order to breath fire.
This is why Dragons are portrayed as gold hoarders. Its like crack to them .
