If a player house decays while on vacation RL ..

So if I have a house and I have to go away for a few weeks and can't get back onto UO to refresh my home for 3 weeks or so, and my house collapses, Will I get any of the customization costs or custom plot value put back into my bank? I assume the answer is no here, but just thought I would ask.

As it currently stands you have *about* four weeks or so before it falls. If you are on vacation that long, I would suggest bring a notebook/laptop to refresh your house at least once OR have a friend refresh it.
