I completely cleared the ban list now. There are literally 0 bans on it.

I am trying to connect via the web yes, but not through uoforever.com I was getting stuck on connecting to server it was never connecting. So I went on using this link http://www.lightirc.com/start/?host=irc.lightirc.com&showNickSelection=true which is posted on page 1.

I type /join #uoforever and it gives me the message saying I am banned

The web client could be banned. Try downloading hexchat and connecting through there.
