Need help finding 13x17 plot

As the title suggests, I can't seem to find a 13x17 plot. Any time I think I found one I get the message saying that a house can't be placed there or something is blocking that location... Can someone please help me find a 13x17 plot?

13x17 would fetch money on the market so i don't think you will easily find a spot this size.
