how was it from event? did the boss drop it? or did it pop into your backpack after killing a mob? did you loot it? this seems like the new rares dropping from a monsters, it just happened during the event. so really it is not a event item but rare a new mob dropped rare. only 1 hit the forums when it as a stealable rare. 300k+
