my 2100 dex meta would also agree that the quick silver relic removes the 1.25 cap and allows the 2100 dex to take affect. my 17+ years of uo experience and the obvious fact that swing is capped would disagree that 100 and 130 dex makes any difference in swing speed. open your eyes while u pvm and u might notice a thing or two
