RARES!!

Hi! Stealable rares were removed but according to Shanes post in news section regarding rares there should be still spawnable rares (daily?/Monthly?) somewhere? I can't find any info or posts about them. Are there any other rares besides MOB DROPPED rares anymore? Can someone post any info or guide where and how to obtain them? Thanks!
