Right near the little walkway bridge SE of Brit, great medium sized hideaway.

No reds or neighbors to really speak of, this is a real gem.

8x12 was the max size I could fit...obviously I would not want to sell an undersized plot if I could sell a bigger one. You could possibly go the other direction (WE orientation), but I think it would be smaller in size (maybe an 8x8 or 8x9).

no worries man, you weren't there for the 30 minutes I spent trying to get the optimal plot. There is an art to house placement, it can be a booger to sort out at times. Would be happy to show you in person if you want.
