How about both for 200k. Small Stones are crap and hardly hold a damn thing inside of them. I was on this server for only 3-4 days and was already at the point where I couldn't secure or lock down anything else in my Small Stone Tower. Plus even though they're on Moonglow, they're not exactly in a prime location at all. Those houses shouldn't be sold for much more than the deeds go for.
