Beachfront property...cannot be beat! Have your very own slice of Paradise on top of Scallywag Beach! 12 Steps to the North for the water, 13 Steps to the West for the water, 19 steps to the South for the water. Occasional Reaper/Corpser/Ratman/Headless One spawn...to the SE is tons of animals and less than a 1 minute run to Shame. Perfect for a Fisherman/Fisherwoman, Pirate, or someone looking to get away from life and just kick back and relax on the beach. Comes with the current design. Quiet neighbors...never see the neighbors in the Small Marble Workshop or the Small Sandstone with Patio...the max storage beside that is my brothers.
Used to be used as a crafting/pirating house. Looking to get another max storage and am sad to see this go, but hopefully it can bring someone else luck and fortune.
