I am currently selling a secluded waterfront 12x17 with 1576 storage and no hostile spawn.

Makes for an excellent safe mid-game house.

House value is 209000. Asking 250k or best offer.

Edit: due to interest, starting an auction on this: s/b 250k. Auction ends when there's been 2 hours since the last bid.
