I actually used to own 1 of the 3 a while ago but I gave it away.
It is actually a hued black staff and it does do damage similar to a regular black staff - just that it's blessed! The other blessed staffs and wands that were given out (canada day, 4th of july boom stick, fireworks wand etc.) do not cause damage at all, but the glacial staffs do! Considering that there are presently only 2 item bless deeds and perhaps 3 glacial staffs on this server, this is one of the few blessed useful weapons you can get!
